With the aid of our curving tempering furnace, we are capable of manufacturing the highest quality of curved glass in ESG (tempered) or TVG (heat-strengthened) varieties. The simple manufacturing mechanism of curved glass, fully satisfying the requirements of safety and aesthetics alike, enables the quality fulfillment of large numbers of orders within a short period of time.
After the curving, in accordance with the order, laminated (glued – VSG) safety glass or insulated glass structure is produced from the curved glass panels. The manufacture of curved heated or heated insulated glass is also possible.
Naturally, we also undertake the manufacture of unique glass forms with special geometries, using templates to develop their structures. In this case, we curve the glass panels with the aid of our own manufactured metal bending templates to the desired shape, achieving an excellent final result.

- Maximum size (ESG or TVG varieties): 2500 x 2800 mm / R500 - R20000 mm
- Maximum size (with template technology): 2750 x 5950 mm / unique geometry
